Eliot Sinclair & Partner’s Three Waters Design Team has extensive experience in all facets of stormwater, water supply and wastewater concept and detailed design, reporting and construction monitoring. We work collaboratively with both clients and regulatory body’s to achieve desired outcomes during both the design or construction phases.

We take an integrated approach to stormwater design and can provide location specific expertise in developing stormwater management strategies, reticulation network designs, hydraulic modelling, flood impact assessments and water quality and quantity designs. We also have extensive experience in construction monitoring and erosion, sediment and dust management.

We provide comprehensive services for both new and existing wastewater networks including gravity or pressure reticulation, odour control and pump stations. We also provide design solutions for commercial or industrial trade waste, truck wash facility’s and onsite wastewater treatment and discharge systems.

Our experience with water supply is extensive and ranges from residential subdivisions to commercial or industrial water supply networks. We take a practical approach to all designs and work closely with regulatory bodies to achieve a successful design outcome.
